New Seasons Market Nutrition Services

Our store Nutritionists (left to right: Christi Reed, CNT, Karen Seibert, MS, Leah Kriewall, MS, RD) are available for complimentary consultations. They're here to share their extensive knowledge about gluten-free food, wellness and dietary needs. You can meet with them to discuss special diets, food allergies, healthy weight control, pregnancy and more. To make an appointment, decide which store is most convenient for you to visit and email or call the Nutritionist for that store.

Classes and Events

We believe basic health and nutrition information should be available to everyone. Our trio of nutritionists offer free nutrition counseling and teach many popular New Seasons Market Classes in our stores on everything from gluten-free diets and healthy weight loss to how to make your own chocolate-flavored lip glosses and the basics of shamanic healing. We have a little something for everyone and most of our classes are taught by one of our nutritionists.
